The Programme 

The Client Service Intern will be responsible for all email client contact. 

What You Will Do 

  • Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients (internal, IFA’s and investors). 
  • Providing investment and product information to IFA’s and investors. 
  • Involved in ad-hoc client services projects.
  • Assisting with the accurate submission of recognition of transfers. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • BCom Graduate with no related experience. 
  • The relevant Financial qualification preferred. 
  • Matric/Grade 12. 
  • Microsoft CRM experience advantageous. 
  • Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in both Afrikaans and English. 
  • Willingness to work shifts.
