Responsible for the materials and supplies requisition.
What You Will Do
- Organize and process staff lunch order on a rotation basis - Dealing with suppliers.
- Retrieval of archived documents from third party storage.
- Analyse Taxi trips made by staff and clients.
- Follow up on purchase orders and check deliveries of goods.
- Maintain stock inventories.
- Cover other admin assistants during leave/sickness.
- MFiles data entry for incoming/outgoing documents.
- Perform any other cognate duty as required.
Required Skills and Abilities
- HSC holder with 1-2 years’ working experience.
- Experience as an Admin Assistant an advantage.
- Experience as a Receptionist an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
