Administrative Assistant

The Programme 

Responsible for the materials and supplies requisition.

What You Will Do 

  • Organize and process staff lunch order on a rotation basis - Dealing with suppliers. 
  • Retrieval of archived documents from third party storage. 
  • Analyse Taxi trips made by staff and clients. 
  • Follow up on purchase orders and check deliveries of goods. 
  • Maintain stock inventories. 
  • Cover other admin assistants during leave/sickness. 
  • MFiles data entry for incoming/outgoing documents.
  • Perform any other cognate duty as required. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • HSC holder with 1-2 years’ working experience. 
  • Experience as an Admin Assistant an advantage.  
  • Experience as a Receptionist an advantage. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Good analytical skills. 
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
