The Digital Demand Executive own the first engagement with customers by understanding customer challenges and having the conversation around how SAP helps businesses run better. We then position business solutions relating to Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Management Analytics, Procurement – basically anything that you, I and our customers need to move, store, build, sell, manage! Pretty much anything you can imagine! Isn’t that an awesome opportunity to be exposed to?
And we do this using innovative ways to engage our customers via mostly remote means. Each day working from the phones and using digital tools to engage with volume of customers, working with Marketing, the Commercial sales Executives and our partners in the field (“Our feet on the street”) to drive initiatives to engage, understand and help our prospects & customers reach their goals. Innovative approaches through social media, virtual selling technology, and remote webinars are all ways we need to use daily to engage customers.
And, with that comes responsibility - you’re expected to be responsible and accountable for what you do to help SAP achieve its goals by developing your demand generation activities around your territory or solution of specialization, to deliver beyond what Pipeline Revenue Target we ask you to do each year! What You Will Do
- Cold call to targeted Small & Medium sized account to profiling contact.
- Cold call experience OR Energetic goal oriented sales mindset is highly preferred.
- Account DB management.
- MS Excel skill - DB management skills is MANDATORY.
- Support DDE leaders with above job tasks.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor/ University degree or comparable experience.
- Business level English: Fluent.
- Local language: Fluent, Business Level.
- Sales relative internship or contract experience highly preferred.
