暨成立四十五周年之际，公司的业务已扩展到婴儿用品领域，自2013年起，我们已正式开始婴儿用品亚洲区的采购与供应。

Responsibilities

• Coordinates new product development projects with affiliates. Participate in New Product development program to work on new packaging design and process development.
• Lead New Product development program to work on new packaging design and process development, including product family of Hydro Groomer/Rainbow/PBG.
• Works with local suppliers for new packaging material development and improvement. Study new process and technology that can support new packaging ideas.
• Prepares engineering standards, specification and process sheets.
• Ensure new product launch schedule, delivery, quality and cost target are met.
• Develops effective and lean manufacturing processes for new packaging products including business flow and supplier process.
• Provides engineering services such as feasibility study, cost estimation, time-study, new process and material evaluation.
• SAP MM data maintain, Production BOM/costing BOM maintain (Not limit to). Improve high accuracy data input of team. And coordinate SAP setting of OP projects and projects of batch change.

Required Skills and Abilities

• University graduate in Industrial/ Production/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Internship experience in Production / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering discipline is preferred.
• Good communication skill in both written and oral English. Self-motivated.
• Ability to keep deadlines, follow up assigned tasks under proper guidance.
