Responsibilities 

• Participant in new product introduction (NPI) projects, responsible for BOM creation, parts evaluation, Pilot run, problem solving. 
• In charge of engineering change (ECN) projects in term of design change, process change, material change, supplier change etc. 
• Deliver technical support to new projects and legacy products improvement.(material selection, design review, cost simulation)
• Continuous improvement in product quality, cost reduction, and efficiency 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Over 1 year experience on NPI as Product engineer/technical engineer/Project leader/or equivalent . Familiar with NPI and ECN process. 
• Good command of English, able to do basic communication in daily work. 
• Basic skill of project management. 
• Bachelor degree or above.
