What You Will Do 

  • Customs clearance document follow-up. 
  • Simple Order intake.
  • A/S Order handling.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Student or Associate’s Degree requested. 
  • Good business manners with customer-oriented mind to response customer inquiries & ability to multi task (logging queries while speaking with customers) required. 
  • PC skills (SAP, Excel, Salesforce.com) and basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential. 
  • Flexible and having the ability to learn quickly. 
  • Fluent in English to communicate with global.
