Regional Operations (Seller Communications) Intern

 The Programme 

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.  

What you will do

• Support Regional Operations in creating comprehensive, easy-to-understand and attractive communication material to educate sellers on new features and policies   

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Excellent command of the English language with good writing skills. Able to explain changes in policy or new features release accurately and clearly 
• Strong Photoshop skills are essential. Intern will be creating material from scratch. 
• Attention to details and willingness to learn 
• Experience in writing articles and/or blog is a plus
