What You Will Do
IT Helpdesk Support:
- Support IT Helpdesk operation in terms of initial response for incoming calls/tickets from end users.
- Support installation of DWP (Siemens Standard Client computing platform) for end users.
- Support other IT Helpdesk operational tasks.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 4 -year college students / hyuhaksaeng / graduates.
- Undergraduate major ( non- IT related subject can be supported).
- English / Korean Communication.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 스킬.
