The Programme

Tasks include - Sales Order and Project Support, Sales Document Management and other administration tasks.

What You Will Do

Sales Order and Project Support:

  • To finish July Sales Record Check and clean.
  • Equipment for monitoring sales orders sales trekking.
  • Order-related communications with other relevant departments.

Sales Document Management:

  • Selling the project ( installation of the equipment ) related to purchases and orders.
  • Purchases related to national communications vendor , vendor-issued tax invoice approval and documentation.
  • Deadline schedule and closing documents by project management.

Other Admin Tasks:

  • The internal audit process , team meetings , managers reported.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • A least a bachelor ( regardless of specialty ).
  • Recent College Graduate.
  • English Proficiency Intermediate.
  • MS Office users.
