What You Will Do 

Practical work experience in various operational and functional areas, and participation in some fascinating projects too; Personal coaching & mentorship by our experienced team. 
A blend of on-the-job training and e-learning through the Singtel Group’s digital learning platform, #CURIOUS, which features over 150,000 virtual learning courses. 

This position reports to Telco Transformation Director and interfaces with various business units to identify areas of digital transformation and drive the implementation of these digital initiaitives.  

Competencies: 

  • Work with development teams and cross functional business stakeholders to ideate solutions 
  • Understand pain points and identify opportunities regarding various customer journey 
  • Orchestrate reimagination workshop envision the end-state customer journey 
  • Map and refine as-is, re-imagined process journeys 
  • Use data to analyse and identify gaps in the journey 
  • Build dashboards to draw insights from the data when needed
  • Drive implementation of identified initiatives
