INTERN: Campus Recruitment Co-ordinator


  • Learn and understand the HR processes within Campus Recruitment
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for trainee, intern and Graduate programs 
  • Arranging and participating in interviews as required and updating job requisition status in recruitment tools 
  • Ensure thorough understanding of internal processes and respect of local labour laws and regulations
  • Assist in co-ordination of Campus events 
  • Contribute to the development of Societe Generale's branding by understanding new market trends and exploring use of new technology
  • Contribute to process enhancements and automation to create efficiencies in the Recruitment process
  • Provide innovation and comprehensive research to on-going projects


  • Currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Thinks outside the box to bring new ideas
  • Solutions driven and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills, good command of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Meticulous, with ability to multitaks, work with high volumes of recruitment and work well under pressure
  • Process oriented, well organized, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus

This is a 1-3 month full-time internship with Societe Generale in Hong Kong whereby you will work within one business line / support function for the period. In order to apply for an internship opportunity with us, please ensure you are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and that you are available for the 1-3 month period on a full-time basis.

Department Description

The Campus Recruitment team looks after the end to end recruitment process for Interns, Trainees and Graduate Analysts in Hong Kong, as well as French International Internship Programme (VIE) for the Asia Pacific Region. You will work on campus recruitment activities and promoting the employer branding of Societe Generale.
