The Programme 




  • Acts as a contact for pricing, scheduling and shipping.  Handle internal queries and customer queries on every stage of quote & order processing within established procedures. 
  • System operation, like enter stock file, customer file, quotation, order, withdrawal, delivery note etc. in Scala system 
    Preliminary review the commercial terms in contract and coordinate the application for the further review by management. 
  • Follow up open order status using exist system and handle the related expedites. 
  • Arrange and coordinate custom declaration, provide the invoice and packing list to the customer for their self-declaration orders.   
  • Handle other special request like product return, invoice return, customer consignment stock etc. 
  • Keeps communication with factory using Flowan for various customer requests.
  • Office administration work (for branch office staff only)   

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Education: College or above degree 
  • Customer Focus 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Communication Skill 
  • Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Basic English communication (CET-4)
