- Off-cycle Internship - 03 Jan to 20 May (20 weeks).
- Summer Internship - 09 May to 29 July (12 weeks).
Monetization Product Operations (MPO) Team:
The Monetization Product Operations (MPO) is responsible for Customer Support and Tools & Workflows within the Product Strategy & Operations team. Its mission is to provide a best-in-class advertising experience by ensuring excellence in customer service and streamlining process & tools to ensure smooth operations. The team collaborates with Sales to provide post-sales support and works closely with the product team on product improvement through feature requests and bugs management.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and conduct user research to understand them and their requirements better.
- Collaborate with products for feature development and influence product roadmap through data-driven consumer insights.
- Develop the roadmap and operationalize essential tools supporting Sales & operations.
- Build & maintain the knowledge base, including self-help module for external clients.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master of any discipline from a reputable university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with making presentations.
- Ads/marketing knowledge from technology companies is preferred.
- Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills.
