The Job:

This year, we continue to welcome interested students to join the one-year Co-op Programme, running from September 2022 to August 2023. 

Students are required to complete a work project assigned by their supervisor as part of the Programme.

Co-op Scopes:

• Accounting / Business / Finance / Marketing.
• Engineering / Energy.
• Information Technology.
• Media / Communication / General.

The programme period is 1 September 2022 – 31 August 2023. 

What You Will Do 

• Assist in data analysis, reports preparation and PPT creation.
• Conduct market research.
• Conduct UAT for system enhancement.
• Involved in work-flow analysis and streamlining project.
• Perform business performance analysis.
• Support website development and enhancement.
• Support the writing, editing and production of publicity materials.
• Assist in event management, social media content creation, photo and video shooting and editing, etc. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Undergraduate with a major in Communications/ Interactive Designs or relevant discipline.
• Creative and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Innovative, positive and willing to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Proactive and patient.
• Self-motivated and result driven.
• Well-organized with good analytical skills.
• With knowledge in graphic design and video software, photo and video shooting, social media app, etc.
