The Marketing experience you'll get on the Unilever Future Leaders Programme:
Rotation in Brand Building:
You will treat your brand as a growing business. To this end you will understand your brand from a consumer / shopper and customer perspective. You will take the brand toolkit and make it come alive in your market. You will work closely with shopper and consumer insights to find the spot that works for your brand, as well as exploring different channels to explode your brand messaging.
Rotation in Customer Development:
This unique function allows you to work with external customers e.g. Shoprite, Pick and Pay, and Wholesale Distributors to create great joint marketing campaigns that help grow both businesses. You will need to work strategically with our Customers to ensure that plans are executed brilliantly into the trade.
Rotation in Brand Development:
You will help decide the strategic direction our brands will take in different markets. You will work with global teams in crafting brand and consumer strategies that will ultimately influence consumer behavior toward our brands.
